そして、準備段階から関わって下さったジェレミー・ハード先生（ディスカッション参観中にも出席生徒を指導する熱血漢！頭が下がります…）と金明佳先生（何時間ものビデオ撮影、それ以前に全日程“手弁当参加”に、感謝！）が、嚴敞俊校長先生・金正泰教頭先生が、生徒からは、編入生期待の星たる沈相宇君（フォーラム後、フォーラムで得たキーワード：ソーシャルネットワークに関する諸問題についてのレポートを、自主的に提出してきました！
さすがですね！参加して終わり、ではなく、自分の中へ取り込み、思考し、“（単なる）議論の種”を、まさしく“問題としての問題”としました！こういう姿勢が、社会問題を解決へと導くムーブメントにつながるのです！
最初の一歩・一投、ですね！）と邊廣烈君と朴苑眞さんと梁英理さんが、当日応援にかけつけてくれました！
あと、忘れてはならないのは、姜瑜珍さんが、韓国語弁論大会優秀賞受賞の副賞で訪韓し、フォーラム準備の第3回セミナーを欠席した際、岩田有華さんがピンチヒッターとして、英語司会役を見事に果たしてくれ、“支え”合って“つながる”ユネスコスクールの精神を見事に体現してくれたこと（しかも、岩田さん宅では、全国から集まるユネスコスクールの高校生を、ホームステイ先として受け入れてくれました！）！

みなさんは、単に応援者でなく・観客でなく、そう、“目撃者”！そして、こうなった以上は、もう仲間！みんなで声をあげていこうではないですか！
あげていく、そのキーワードは…きっと、そして、たぶん、＜Sustainable Development（持続可能な開発）＞！
UNESCO School KISは、越境人として、常に＜What we can do?＞を考え続けます！
最後に、今回の『日韓中高校生フォーラム』の最終日、開催国日本と大韓民国と中華人民共和国、3ヶ国の『共同宣言』が採択されました。英語・日本語両語で記された宣言は、東アジア3ヶ国の10代の若者が集い、たった2日間の開催期間ではありましたが、脳に汗かき、マルチリンガル展開のもどかしさも、ここでは、異文化理解の名の下で、ゆるりと流れる心地よさと転換できる心の余裕とそのゆとりへ。
それは決して生易しいものではありませんでした。
凸と凹を平坦化すること（その是非の議論はさておき）は、ややもすれば、安易で・短絡的で・安直な展開になりはしますが、グローバリズムという、異と和の緊張関係からようやく形成される球体とでも言うのでしょうか、その球に、まさに母なる地「球」を垣間見、政治と経済等の関係性、つまり、しがらみを脱した地球市民としての、その（言わば）全「球」的全体性に思いを馳せたいと思います。
開催期間の短さ、使用言語；英語・日本語、韓国語、中国語、計4ヶ国語を使用する手間からも、どうしても、包括的で、時として抽象的になりがちな所は、異文化理解の掟（笑）、“ひろ～い心”で許容して頂きつつ…

Declaration of the ASPnet 3 Country High School Students’ International Forum Jan. 13, 2013
In 2008, the seven countries of the ASPnet gave the declaration statement. It was for the sake of all living things on Earth.
We realized that the society as it is today is too preoccupied with oneself to make the society sustainable. In order to sustainably develop bonds between person and person, we declared the following 3 statements.
These are:
Always warmly greet others with a warm smile／笑顔で挨拶する事
Always thank others sincerely／心から「ありがとう」を言う事
Share things we’ve learned with others／学んだことを伝え広げる事
We would like to confirm once more of the importance of these statements.
The society has and currently is rapidly developing in various areas. We the people are not being able to keep up with the speed. We have realized that as a result, the connection between person to person are being obstructed.
In this forum, we had a discussion to create a mutual value about what is truly essential. We came up with the importance of respecting and fusing each other’s culture while maintaining harmony and balance in the connection between person to society.
These are:
Conserve energy resources in ways such as limiting the usage of electricity／
電気をこまめに消す等の方法でエネルギー資源を大切に使う事
Convey it to others in our own words and actions, and make good use of the media in order to spread our ideas／
私達の考えを伝え広げる為に、自分達自身が伝える事、情報メディアを上手に使う事
Learn what we need to tell others and improve our communication skills by learning new things including foreign languages／
伝えるべき事を学び、外国語も含めて多くの事を学ぶ学習に力を入れる事で、私達のコミュニケーション力を高める事
Create opportunities to strengthen the bond between the surrounding people／
繋がりを強めるような仲間同士や色々な人が集うサークル活動を行う事
Listen to opinions that are different from your own and respect other’s ideas and feelings／
自分とは違う意見に耳を傾け、相手の意見を尊重する気持ちを持つ事
Show your consideration for others and the society／
自分が思い遣りを持ち、それを相手や社会に示す事
Realize the failure of the 6 points listed above／
これら六つの態度や実践が損なわれている時に、その事に気付く力を身に付ける事
